I am currently a Senior User Research manager at Amazon in the Alexa and Devices world.  Which means you can find me right in the middle of where software, hardware and services collide to create an engaging user experience.

I’ve worked on phones, operating systems and medical devices.  But at the moment, I feel lucky to be in ambient computing.  It’s a fantastic sand box for applied research that is constantly full of challenging research questions.

My Point(s) of View

As a contributor to Learners.com I've provided several short videos with some of my favorite advice and beliefs about succeeding as user researchers. All in an effort to help the community and push the discipline forward.
